Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoloTales, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. If you are using LoloTales on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian.

Description of Service

LoloTales is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create personalized children's stories with illustrations and narration. The service includes story generation, image creation, audio narration, and optional print-on-demand features. We continuously improve our AI models and service features.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features of LoloTales. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

User Content

You retain ownership of the story ideas and character concepts you provide. The AI-generated stories, illustrations, and audio are created specifically for you and you receive a license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share stories publicly through our community features. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate for children.

Intellectual Property

The LoloTales platform, including its design, logos, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by LoloTales. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our service. AI-generated content is created using our proprietary systems and the stories produced are licensed to you as described above.

Credits & Payments

LoloTales uses a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate stories, illustrations, and audio. Free credits may be provided upon registration. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices and credit costs may change with reasonable notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but we will retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

LoloTales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
