Fixing a problem
I think I was charged twice
Compare your coin history with your card statement, and the normal reasons a payment can look doubled.

A payment that looks doubled is almost always one of a few normal things. Go through the checks below, in order, before you message us.
Work through it
Start at the top — the checks are ordered by what is most often the cause.
Check your coin history
Open Transaction history. Each book is one row, and each refund is a Coins refunded row. Two rows for the same book, with no refund between them, would mean two books were made.
Open your walletThe extra charge is “pending”
A bank often shows a temporary hold first, and then the real charge. The hold disappears by itself in a few days. It is not a second payment.
You are on the yearly plan
The year is one payment. The coins arrive monthly, so your balance changes without a new charge each month. The coins still to come show as on the way.
It could be a different purchase
A coin pack, a gift, and a printed book are separate purchases with their own receipts. Open Payment methods in Settings to see your receipts.
Open SettingsIt still looks wrong
Message us with the date, the amount, and the reference from the coin history row. We will look at it with you.
